Local community center, YMCAs, cooperative extension offices and community education organizations offer classes like that all the time. Snoop around your local library's entrance for flyers and pamphlets.

Create wreaths and sell them on ebay.co.uk, etsy.com or gumtree.com. You can even make a deal with your local flower shop!
Think about this: free natural materials (enjoy a walk on the hills with your beloved one while you colect the materials), easy and fast to do it, and in the same time a lot of fun and pleasure designing the wreaths! ...and your home will look like heaven ;)
Start with one or two wreaths... no more than five. After the first one is sold, you will feel the joy of being apreciated and doing something creative. Give it a try! Do it for fun, and, in a short period of time also money will come. Not to many at begining, but will be more and more if you keep doing it.
After you become an expert, you can make money teaching others how to do it. Yes, wreath design courses. More students means more wreaths to sell, therefore more income for you.
