How to decorate a christmas wreath with a fishermen's theme?

Let your imagination go wild! Make the wreath look like a boat steering wheel and use any fishing gear that have Christmas-like colors. A craft store like Michael's will have plenty of choices. If it's to be a large wreath, then you could incorporate a fisherman's hat and what ever else your fisherman uses. Sounds like a cute idea, if your talking about east-coast themes, use little lobsters (honestly, they actually have those at Michael's!) Good Luck!

How to decorate a christmas wreath with a fishermen's theme?
use lures, the red and white bobbles, fake little fishies, lil boats, etc
Reply:use a regular wreath as a background then place a fishnet around the wreath with lures, plugs and plastic worms around it. in the center of the wreath place a fishing reel and use two pieces of a fishing rod in an " x " position to finish it off.
Reply:I see wooden fish ornaments that would be pretty on a fisherman's wreath. Add some little boats, make the bow from netting, tie on some red and white bobbers. It would be pretty to make the body of the wreath from coral. I've seen coral (maybe fake?) in craft shops and aquarium stores.
Reply:Well you can take a old reef and a little tackle box and glue it to it and then add other stuff like old weights, rubber worms, fishing lures, and rubber fish. you can use your imagination and add extra stuff.

good luck
Reply:In stead of Christmas balls put on bobbers.
Reply:Tie on lures,and bobbers,try to find a miniature rowboat and net at a craft store,a hat,and maybe a small sign that says"gone fishin`"
