get scissors and just cut a circle with ridges , then fold the wreath get the circle cut a half of a circle unfold it and there will be a circle in the middle of the wreath , then get another peice of paper and cut the paper in a shape of a bow , then tape or glue it to the medium sized paper card wreath , then just write what you want inside the wreath you might want to color the paper wreath green first , then you can color the bow red ok then hope this helps alot....
