Does it look better having the bow on the bottom or should I change it and put it on the top?
I need opinions on how to hang a bow on a wreath?
I think the picture you have looks great! There's no right or wrong way to do it. Most of the ones I've seen on line the bows are at the top. But when I was looking around at the Martha Stewart website she had several with the bow at the bottom.

Reply:Very nice! The bow on the bottom looks best. I would hang the wreath at least 10 to 12 inches lower,( within the window frame) with florist wire. It is thin and won't be noticeable. Other than that, your wreath looks great!
